Is anyone else in the Dallas area having cell phone trouble with AT&T?

Is anyone else in the Dallas area having cell phone trouble with AT&T?

What I mean is, are you having trouble with people phoning your cell phone and when they phone your cell phone going automatically onto voicemail? And has this trouble been happening since the weekend?

If anyone can answer this question I'd appreciate it?
