Thanksgiving message

I posted this in the Lounge in a Thanksgiving thread, but then I realized that I wanted to make sure my Texas friends saw it:

I am grateful for :

my wonderful wife;

2 great daughters (both of whom called today - Yea!)

Great neighbors who are fixing the transmission ( he is a transmission mechanic and volunteered to fix it when it died) and who's mother in law fixed us Thanksgiving Dinner. Dawn and Kevin(the tranny guy) brought it over to us (they live across the pasture)

Cornbread Dressing

and for all my wonderful friends on DU who keep me up when I am depressed (which is most of the time these days), don't get too mad when I get whiney, and who make me smile ... a lot.

As for myself, I've got wonderful family, a daughter who we will get to meet in two months, and great friends as well. There is no place else but Texas.
