An idea for next year's State Convention
I heard from a long-time precinct chair that in years past, precinct chair training programs were offered at the State Convention. I've only been to one convention (last year), and I don't remember any program like that, but I really wasn't paying attention since I'm not a precinct chair.

The DFA group in Dallas has developed and taught a basic training for precinct chairs and other activists, and an advanced module is in the works. We've had pretty good reviews, and I'm quite proud of our trainers. Do y'all think it's a good idea to offer this to the entire state? Does such a program already exist? Does anyone here have contacts to the State Party? Thanks for your thoughts.
