Perry lost in arbitration for about $700,000. He and his industry has forced arbitration onto homeowners claiming it was fair and fast.

Yet he hasn't paid the award for over 2 years and has now appealed the award because....it wasnt fair.

What an ass.

Arbitration can work and in this case, the arbitrator did his job.
