1. Good for Lampson
He's got to keep the momentum building against Tom DeLay.

2. Why is there no contact email?!??
There is no way on the site to get in touch with them other than a PO box. How about an email?

The tag words on the website is "Experience. Leadership. Service"

Given that he is running against the corrupt Delay couldn't one of the words be

"Integrity"?

Wouldn't that make some sense?

3. Will someone post his voting record? Is he a blue or yellow dog?

4. It really depends on
the issue. He is usually very good on labor and pretty good reproductive rights issues, though he did vote for the so-called PBA ban. He voted against Clinton's impeachment, worked very hard to help the Missing and Exploited Children's Network during his time in Congress, voted against NCLB, and was fairly good on the environment given that SE Texas is part of Cancer Alley and Chemical Row. However, he voted for the Iraq war and has been pretty conservative on the "defense" and "war on terror" issues.

Lampson is a mixed bag politically, but then aren't we all? I've disagreed with him over the years on some things, but overall he's a pretty good guy who really tries to do what's good for his constituents, and doesn't seem to follow the polls for advice on how to vote. And here's an article from daily kos that says basically the same thing:
