i was in downtown Dallas on Saturday..group of folks in black

i was in downtown Dallas on Saturday..group of folks in black
clothing hung a banner over a bridge near DMA and were headed downtown. Does anyone know who they might have been? One guy had an ACLU t-shirt on but he's the only one i saw. I was really curious as to what and where they were going?

3. i didn't see the banner in its entirety
I saw it as the police were pulling it up. It said something about Apathy. The folks were all in black and had scarfs over their faces.
