State Medical Examiner To Lose Job After Drug Bust
This is so ridicules. Now a mans life has been destroyed because he liked to smoke marijuana.

"I think it strikes a severe blow to law enforcement in Tennessee," said legal analyst Jim Todd. "His opinion has been the cornerstone of numerous homicide convictions in this state." "You could draw the inference - he was under the influence while providing an opinion on the stand or during a autopsy," said Todd.

For one thing you do not draw inferences when it comes to the law. You must have evidence. Legal analyst Jim Todd is obviously a dope.
(Pun intended.)I wonder how many judges are under the influence of booze while on the bench. I would say quite a few considering the majority of judges I know are lushes. I have never been arrested but I have been around law enforcement folks and the majority drank like fish. You draw an inference that there was a high probability one of the arresting officers or jailers were drunk.

1. Quite a leap of logic there.
No facts to support his position, Todd fabricates a theoretical situation to justify the action taken.

I wonder if Todd drinks...I know he's a drunk driver.

2. Idiots.
Sources said Levy, age 49, was arrested after agents with Mississippi's Bureau of Narcotics made a controlled delivery of a FedEx package containing marijuana to a hotel outside of Jackson, Miss. The package contained more than 30 grams, which sources said is the threshold for felony charges. That's still less than an ounce.

30 grams is slightly more than an ounce, not less. But, that's a fucking felony in Mississippi?

I'll never set foot in any of those shit-hole southern states.
