1. Just voted - still at 53%. I wanna know why there is a picture of the
'little man' and his wife voting, but nothing from the rally that we had this afternoon! Ford led the way and we walked to the election commission so that those who attended the rally but hadn't already voted could go in and vote (I voted in Brainerd after I signed my kids out of school. I listed "civics lesson" as the reason that I was signing them out!) We stood on a corner of dAmnicola Hwy at the election commission and held Ford signs and waved at traffic while others were voting.

I'll try to check the Chattanoogan tomorrow, but I have to be downtown about 9:30 to start picking people up and driving them to vote. There had better be some local coverage of our rally!

3. Hey, I just wrote the chattanoogan
"Hey, where's your equal time clause? I'm sick of the picture of Liz and Bob, didn't you get a photo op with that other candidate yesterday?"

and John is a friend of mine, too. I'm really going to have to make some new friends.

4. They changed the photo, but I saw no mention of the Dem rally yesterday...
buzzards. I left my paper at Patten Pkwy. (dang it), but both rallies were covered and hundreds was used to describe the turnout for our rally...Corker's, I think that several was the descriptive word used. Hahahahaha!

This morning I was told by people who were there that 50 people at the Corker event would be a generous estimate (snicker).

The people that I drove to vote today voted at the new election commission site and it was pretty busy. I got home about 20 mins. ago, and will go back in the morning. I want to know what others are seeing turnout wise. We need a HEAVY turnout (crossing fingers).

One good thing about driving older folks to the polls: I had a woman tell me that I didn't look old enough to have 3 kids - I started to hug her, lol!

5. One more vote for Ford. Here's hoping he wins the real vote.
