Corker interview of 9/21/06...listen and it will become clear why

Corker doesn't want to debate Ford on MTP or anywhere nationally.

1. Corker doesn't like these questions about his past dealings.
2. Corker has a reputation, besides what is mentioned by the interviewer, for being a hothead.
3. Corker ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer and he knows he would be upstaged.

Corker does the usual repub routine when the interviewer asks questions - deflect and yap about something else - then when he begins to get angry he does more of this, then makes accusations about the interviewer.

I see what you mean. This guy is on the defensive. "You and all your conspiracy theory folks!" He reminds me of Anne Coulter. I ought to send this to a few people I know.

2. I would like to know more about that e-mail program he was using that

just deletes e-mails after a certain period of time, too.

He doesn't like the questions and the persistance of the interviewer and he resorts to - you're aligned with Ford. Pathetic, but amusing.

4. This was aired again today on Straight Talk with John Wolfe, who has

run for Zach Wamp's seat a couple of times! John had commentary on his show and mentioned that during this interview Corker (and the interviewer for that matter) had some of the discussion wrong. The records for getting the Titans into the state are there, however, Corker's dealings and the records for TN Care are what is missing.

I need to go the the site of the Memphis Daily Appeal(?) and the Tennessean to find some articles from Sept. because one of the editors of our local rag won't let any of this crap about Corker get into the local paper.
