Tellico Village Tennessee Land For Sale....have seen it on tv and wondered if it was a real place or not....and if anyone knows if this is an legtimate company.........I believe it is located outside of Knoxville....any info?
1. I live in Tellico Village and it's a real place. In Loudon County,
not far south of Knoxville on I-75. Total of 6,500 lots and about half of them are built on. Population is 6,000. I've been here 5 years and love living here.
A national company has bought up many of the available lots for sale and is running a large marketing campaign. I hear that their prices are much higher than if you find a lot from an individual buyer.
