ruthless. I'm sure other folks think that it may be that way where they're from, but it TN it is a bloodsport.
I don't have the time right now to research Sen Crutchfield's public statements on the following: funding TNCare, education, the BEP formula for education, or what he might have said related to the eithics legislation going through the Gen Assembly now, what, if any statements he's made about Frist, the list goes on. The local repukes hate everything listed above, except Frist.
I do know that Chairman, Randy Button, addressed my county's democratic women's club (Hamilton County) a few months ago and stated that the GOP was already trying to blur the distinction between Harold Ford, Jr.'s uncle and Ford, Jr.
I do know that Sen. Crutchfield has been promoting the candidacy of Ford ,Jr., and with this Crutchfield is tied to the bad uncle and Ford, Jr.
I was in the room when a Rep. McMillan, (Kim, I think) addressed the TN Federation of Democratic Women during our convention in April and she stated that some of the repukes in the Gen Assembly were trying to block ethics legislation before them.
Charles Love, local school board member, and advocate of BEP and funding education has a history with questions about campaign funds, bouncing checks, etc., which might make him an easy mark for a sting. He also filed for bankruptcy.
I think that it will be beneficial to discover who or what triggered this "Tennessee Waltz" to begin with.:tinfoilhat:
