Medical Marijuana is on the ballot again in South Dakota.

It came reasonably close in 2008, losing 48 to 52. I must think that it will do slightly better this year, although slightly better could be losing 49 to 51.

I guess if getting people to the polls helps Herseth-Sandlin, then this is one more reason that she might just squeak through.

And oh yes, one more. Her Republican opponent, Kristi Noem, is a wing-nut, out to lunch on several issues, and it's not that hard to demonstrate that she is both a hypocrite and a liar.
