Hi, I'm not from SC but I'm wondering what is with this guy? A Buchananite/Paulbot in the Democratic Party? Running to the right of Graham?

Are SCduers supporting him?

1. He's a wingnut!

He was in the Rethug party and supported Ron Paul I think. He has some positions I like such as leaving Iraq.

I'm going to vote for him because I loathe Grahamster. He can't be much worse than Demint or what Strom used to be.

3. I haven't decided

I was thinking of not voting in the race, until an article came out in this Sunday's paper. Graham was assuring voters that if he wins he'll serve the full 6 year term - probably a lie if McCain were to win and offer him a cabinet post but something you have to say. But his reasoning was that if McCain wins he'll need him in the Senate, and, if Obama wins, "I'll be there in the Senate fighting him tooth and nail." So much for bipartisanship; fighting the guy before he's had a chance to introduce one policy proposal. So, I'll hold my nose and vote for Conley; at least he's in favor of ending the McCain/Graham eternal war.

4. Bob Conley

I am a hard core ,life long Democrat. I'm voting for Bob Conley. I like how he is against the war in Iraq. He is for rebuilding America rather than spending money on foreign countries. He is for stopping illegal immigration, which is something that helps American workers. He has some similar views to Ron Paul I don't see that as a bad thing. I think we need people in office who are more interested in helping the American people than they are in building world empire, like Lindsay Graham is. The fact that he is somewhat conservative on some issues doesn't bother me. Lindsay Graham is a neo con and Jim Demint is a fanatic nutjob. Bob Conley is much better than either one of those clowns.
