A google search for "voter's guide" and your county should help you find information on other races in PA.

This is an important election - local anti-government teabagger groups are trying to grab control of local school boards, county commissioners, and other municipal offices. Some of them are stealth candidates. For example, one candidate for Allentown city council is an employee of the most prominent anti-government activist in the Lehigh Valley. Another candidate for Allentown city council is an employee of the county Republican party.

1. I just checked their state website for local chapters

I'm really disappointed that Westmoreland Co doesn't have a chapter. That would be about the only source of information for local races.
