Chesco Dems Endorse Candidate for PA-6 vs. Gerlach

Congressman Jim Gerlach, R-6th, of West Pikeland, now has some competition.

Bob Roggio, a businessman from Charlestown, announced Wednesdsay that he intends to seek the Democratic nomination to run for Pennsylvania’s 6th Congressional District seat.

Roggio, 60, has worked as a business executive for 30 years, and he has been involved in a number of Democratic campaigns.

According to a press release, he worked as the suburban Philadelphia coordinator for Sen. Bob Casey’s 2006 campaign; served on Sen.
