Seattle-area Scam Artist Seen in Vancouver
Authorities in the northwest are investigating a man who has tricked people out of their money and has even caused them to lose their homes. Stone Phillips III is accused of bilking thousands of dollars from Seattle-area residents. Victims claim he targets church members in investment scams.

As KATU's Anna Song learned, he left his victims behind in the Seattle area and came down to Vancouver where he was working at the Millenium Funding Group as recently as last week. Phillips worked at the company as the Sr. Vice President of Operations.
