Tulsa - anyone know anything about this early April story on R Turner?
Sound like someone is really out to 'get' him.

....

Now, the Tulsa World newspaper reports that Turner and his wife are suspected of participating in voting irregularities in Tuesday's District 3 special election. According to the newspaper account, the Turners allegedly gave rides to Republicans so they could cast votes in the closed Democratic election and illegally signed as witnesses on several Democrat absentee ballots, an election official said.

The World reports that Tulsa Assistant District Attorney Linda Greaves confirmed that she received a notification of possible voting crimes from the Tulsa County Election Board.

Turner declined to comment on the incident, other than to say he drives a lot of people to the polls during elections. If charged and found guilty, Turner could be stripped of his office.

1. I worked in the Turner race

The Turners gave a ride to some people to go to the polls. They were repugs. No one knew. I almost think it was a setup by the Tulsa County Election board.

The Tulsa County Election Board allowed over 500 repugs to vote in the Democratic primary. They allowed voters from other counties to vote in the Tulsa City Council race. They allowed votes from other cities.

The race went to the state Supreme Court where they ordered another election. It was a huge black eye for the Election Board. There is so much more that it would take hours to post it here.

It's just the election board getting back at Roscoe.

One more thing, over 15 Post Office boxes were found to have over 10 voters each using it as their address. Over 100 vacant lots are listed as multiple address locations for voters. Over 50 boarded up houses were found to have over 300 voters listing them as their addresses.

The Tulsa County Election Board has alot of cleaning up to do.
