Well, got my first "response" to my new DU bumper sticker
We live in Illinois, but were driving in northern Ohio (around Sandusky). The minivan is mine, but my husband was driving it (with me in another car with the kids). Well, some a-hole floors it up to him and gives him the finger and looks royally pissed. There had been no one behind my husband, so he knows he wasn't blocking the guy. It had to be the sticker. WTF? I see stickers that make me cringe all the time, but behavior like that must be reserved for freepers. Geez, my kids could have been in that car (the windows are tinted).

2. That's normal in Texas.
I almost got run over by a semi over my Kerry sticker last year. It was pretty scary. And of course the back of his bumper had all kinds of Repub and Support our Troops stickers.

SOBs. Freedom of speech is in a persistent vegetative state.

3. I've had my DU sticker on my car for over a year and have
never had any reaction to it. But then if anyone would speed up to get my attention I wouldn't look anyway. I tend to ignore eye contact with people when I'm driving.

4. There are dangerous nuts who belong in cages. It appears that
you were confronted by one of them in that passing car.

6. What's the sticker say?
Just out of curiousity. I saw one the other day that said, "Annoy a Liberal: Work, Be Successful, Be Happy." It was on an old beater that had stalled out in front of me. I was taking my lunch break from my WORK, I was making quite a bit of money for the job and I was in a pretty good mood. Aren't stereotypes ridiculous?

7. That's the funny part
It doesn't state a message. It's simply the website address. I like that about it. People can look it up later and read and not have me tell them directly to think with a distinct message.

However, I love the one with the pic of Einstein that says:
"Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind." I'm tempted to add that one.

Oh, cat_gril 25; my husband didn't even realize it all until after it happened. The dude was so dramatic with his, er "gestures". My husband didn't even react to him, because he didn't realize why the idiot was doing it until he thought about it for awhile.

10. Immature people that hate bumper stickers
I have had bumper stickers taken off my car. I usually line them with magnetic strips so that I don't have to worry about permanency. Anyways, I had bought this bumpersticker that said "Jesus is a Liberal" TWICE and had it stolen TWICE, I thought that it had flown off but then when I think about it, some pissed off freeper probably stolen it. I had a bumpersticker that said "We're in big trouble if are bombs are smarter then our president." I had it on for four days and even drove on the highway withno problems and it didn't fly off. I checked it one day and it was gone! So I asummed that someone took it.

I also have a "Suppor the Troops" magnet and a Darwin plaque.

11. AAAAH!
Warn people about that signature pic, will ya?

Anyway, I've had my DU sticker on my car for a few weeks with no response. Odd, since I live in Greene County (the most ironically named county in Ohio) and travel to Warren County frequently (I've heard the nickname "Little Utah" for Warren County, I think that's kind of funny).

12. I live in Warren County...
never heard "Little Utah" as a reference to the county. More like the South prior to integration would be more like it but on second thought Little Utah does fit.

14. Warren County is too dull to be like the south, if you think about it...

16. Politically it is like the South...
Very conservative and they don't think since the repuke party tells them what to do.

15. Heh...
I'm thinking about changing the pic to a drawing I'm about to do. I just got to know how to upload it here.

I have few response with my bumperstickers but I am just curious as to why certain ones disappear and my other two that reads "If going to church makes you a Christian, does going to the garage make you a car?" and "Hatred is not a family value" never has been touched.

Hmmm?
