Update on AA affiliate WANR, Warren-Youngstown

As of about 9am EDT this morning, Air America had disappeared from the airwaves of WANR, 1570, Warren-Youngstown, OH.

Mike Arch, a Christofascist asshat that lives with his elderly mom has succeeded in rounding up a group of 'followers' with enough cash to buy out other stockholders in Beacon Broadcasting. Yesterday he was granted a temporary court order to invalidate the LMA (Lease Management Agreement) with Town Talk Productions. ALL local prgramming was terminated immediately.

This morning they switched off AA, even though AA has a valid contract runnng thru April 2006. Unfortunately, this contract is with Town Talk Productions.

Yes, AA has been informed and they are looking into legal remedies.

Mike Arch claims to run a 'ministry' and he has a serious problem with any judge that seems to enforce Man's Law over God's...

This is not the end. Several persons are conducting extensive research into Mr. Arch's activities, and he is really NOT a very nice person, having bilked many thousand $$$ from true believers. We WILL get him. (within the law, of course)
