Wealthy son of a developer retrieves gun & murders parking lot attendent over $10 price differential
Matthew Warmus' best defense is (1) seven eyewitnesses cannot be trusted to give an accurate account, so the jury should believe Warmus' testimony and (2) the attendent was in a "marijuana induced rage" . ...

CLEVELAND: The state rested its case against Matthew Warmus on Friday, after presenting a seventh witness who said he didn't see a parking lot attendant pull out his gun before Warmus shot him to death.

In addition, a Cleveland homicide detective said Warmus refused to speak to investigators after his arrest and never told them he killed 27-year-old David Williams in self-defense.

Warmus unlocked his trunk to retrieve a 40 caliber "Glock" with which to shoot a parking lot attendent.
