Ohio 15 is a final!

The race between Mary Jo Kilroy (D) and Steve Stivers (R) is finally over as far as the vote counting/recount goes and MARY JOE KILROY IS THE WINNER!

Votes MATTER, and especially provisional ballots - and it was enough of a recount that the margin of victory assures the results (no additional recount)

Stivers has conceded as well (after trying court action after court action to NOT count those votes BTW...it is ALWAYS Republicans who do that)
