Fact: Barack Has Gotten High Ratings From Pro-Deregulation Groups
Obama has high ratings from some anti-regulation enterprise interest groups:

His 33% rating for the Club for Growth in 2007 may not sound like much, but it looks like it's higher than most, if not ALL, Democrats: http://www.votesmart.org/issue_rating_detail.php?r_id=3856

Also, I see VERY few Democrats who supported the Americans for Prosperity groups as much as Obama does with his 42.9% in 2006.

Also notice how Obama praised Regan's approach to the corporate world:

I think they felt like with all the excesses of the 1960s and 1970s and government had grown and grown but there wasn't much sense of accountability in terms of how it was operating. I think people, he just tapped into what people were already feeling, which was we want clarity we want optimism, we want a return to that sense of dynamism and entrepreneurship that had been missing.
