Ironically — or maybe diabolically — the association assigned Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm as Strickland’s mentor for the weekend at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The seminar gives guidance to new governors on transition, scheduling, budgeting and appointments.
