The next guest speaker for the Western Wake Democrats is Jim Long, Commissioner of Insurance! Now in his 6th term, Commissioner Long has aggressively pursued fair insurance rates for NC consumers. Each year the insurance industry files requests to alter NC insurance rates, but he has consistently fought the industry’s proposed rates… saving us nearly $3.7 billion in auto insurance premiums alone!


The meeting is Tuesday, May 30th from 7:00 to 8:30pm at the Bond Park Community Center. The location is 150 Metro Park Drive, Cary. (Directions: Located within Bond Park. Bond Park is located at 801 High House Road between Cary Parkway and Northwest Maynard Road).
