Time Warner Cable are going to start charging you by the byte for your Internet usage. You'll get an allowance dependent on what plan you have, and then if you go over - Wham! you'll need to pay more.

Therefore you're going to need to start cutting back on watching those Youtube clips. No more streaming Netflix. HD over Internet? Forget it.

As much as I dislike AT&T, it may be time I sign up with them :(

things that annoy me about this is that I haven't found anything directly from TW, and that TW doesn't have anything available to tell you what you have been using!

I'm in a Windstream area, and they only give 3Mbs on DSL. I can often get over 20Mb/s on TWC. I telecommute, too, so I'm using bandwidth for work and home :-(

2. I will add that, now, TWC has rescinded their plan.

According to the article I read (source N&R, no link) there was a huge public outcry. TWC claimed it was the "worst publicity failure since New Coke."
