Couple Accused Of Shooting Children With BB Gun

GASTONIA, N.C. -- Gaston County police said a mother and her live-in boyfriend are facing child abuse charges after they allegedly shot three of the woman’s children with a BB gun.

Officers arrested Jessica Pack and Jackie Nanney early Wednesday. They are accused of shooting at Pack’s 4-, 5- and 7-year-old children.

The pair made their first appearance in court Wednesday afternoon. Pack told the court she did shoot the 4-year-old, and that she allowed Nanney to shoot all three of the children.

Nanney told the judge he used the BB gun to shoot cans and nothing more.

“I don’t shoot no kids,” he said.

But police said Nanney shot at the children for sport.

“They were shot with a BB gun apparently for fun and games to this gentleman,” said Sgt. Chris Reynolds.

We simply ADORE abusing the weak. If not with our fists, then with our courts, our government, and virtually our entire society, the dominant culture anyway.

I'll say it again: we are VERY psychologically similar to the Germans who yielded before Hitler and the Romans who yielded before Caeser.

The American Subject Populace, of which we are all a part, is capable of nothing but yielding to whoever at this point, I think. Yielding is what our dominant culture does best, aside from assaulting the weak in ways physical and otherwise.

No child should have to live in that environment.

I can think of all kinds of punishment - and I feel better thinking about it. But justice needs to run it's course. And the judge - by raising the bail - seems duty-bound to insure justice is applied appropriately.
