The repub robo calls are coming fast and furious.

Two on the machine when I got out of the shower this AM. The first was a benign pro-Charlotte call from Pat McCrory and then the ugliest I have ever received from the Eliz Dole Committee accusing Kay Hagan of being a godless racist. Her internals must look like crap for her to be putting out that kind of garbage, especially to registered dems.

I get no calls or literature from the Repubs!!

2. I think Pittenger put me on.

I emailed him a few times about various issues. We were never on the same side, so he either adds all constituents who contact him or he did it to me just to be mean. I also ended up on the Freedom's Watch robo list x(

But, we've been getting them all along, since the husband is registered as an independent.
They have ranged from silly to down right vicious. (against Kay Hagan) I will be so happy when Wednesday arrives!

5. I registered indy maybe 10 years ago to vote in the repub primary,

but I changed my registration back to dem 4-5 years ago. Could they be looking at data that old? Sheesh. I only did it so I could vote against a repub incumbent who had no dem challenger in the general. Oh well, it will be over soon. :crazy:

I don't know how I ended up on these awful repub lists either. My house hasn't voted Repuke in 13 years, when my Dad was still alive. What's really freaky is that the calls address me by my first name!

I am a white over-40 year old woman. I guess they think we are all the same. :shrug: Oh well, the calls cost them a few cents each. They can waste their time and money on me.

9. I've received 2, one from a local sheriff on behalf of Libby and the other

was McCrory. I did receive a call yesterday "warning me of Ty Harrel"...I interrupted him and told him "Guess what, I already voted for him"...the was a bit taken back...he didn't know what to say. HAHA!
