The latest on the switch to optical scan vote-counting computers
The voters of NYC are being asked to provide public comments on a choice of optical scan computerized vote-counting systems with insufficient data from the State Board of Elections.

1. What I really like is
that in case of a recount, it is done by hand, and the hand count overrides the machine count.

I like this plan.
