a.9085 Recall Legislation
Does anyone here know anything about this? It's apparently being pushed by Jim Tedisco. Is this about the sour grapes of no longer being in charge?

1. IDK but to me electors means us the residents of NYS...
http://open.nysenate.gov/openleg/api/html/bill/A9085

IMHO we should be able to recall any elected official if they are not doing there job... I think it should be a basic right, it should have already been a part of the state constitution... So as far as the bill itself I think it's a good thing

It could be sour grapes but w/o looking into the timing further I can't say for sure and ATM I'm doing too many things at once to look into it further LoL

2. A constitutional amendment
Nothing to worry about, it's a single-house constitutional amendment. If he couldn't get any Sen GOP'ers to sign on... nuff said.
