Second Reactor Considered for Ginna

Sean Carroll (Ontario, N.Y.) -- For the first time, there's serious talk about adding a second reactor to the Ginna Nuclear Power plant in Wayne County.

The news comes as Constellation Energy, Ginna's owner, explores further investment at its U.S. power plants. ~snip~

Supervisors of nearby towns were recently told a second reactor wasn't just a rumor anymore. ~snip~
