Newburgh judge gets censured
http://www.recordonline.com/archive/2006/04/05/news-omkulkin-04-05.html
Newburgh - Newburgh - City Court Judge Peter Kulkin shot a big hole in his own credibility - and that was before he even got on the bench last year, according to the state Commission on Judicial Conduct.

The commission announced yesterday that it's censuring Kulkin for violating state judicial rules by distorting the record of his Republican opponent, Jeanne M. Patsalos, during the 2004 campaign.

<I am a big fan of Peter Kulkin. I am glad that he gets to remain on the bench in Newburgh. Imo, he would have won this race no matter what.>
