2. I welcome a real debate on the issues with this primary challenge
Tasini is a thoughtful progressive with Union roots. His strong support for single payer health insurance is reason enough to start a debate inside New York's Democratic Party.

3. It's over before it started.
Hillary's approval rating is in the 80's with dems in NY. I doubt tasini can even get on the ballot without 3rd party help.

If you want to see a progressive Democrat on the ballot, and if you want to see Hillary discuss the issues that matter to us in the debates, then help get Tasini on the ballot too. Last I looked we still had primary elections. It's not a done deal for Hillary.
