Greg Palast said the ballots not counted because they're considered "spoiled" at much higher rate in Hispanic and Native American precincts.

Election protection will be both formidable and effective.

One point of Palast's is that absentee ballots might be thrown out. We will be able to verify our names on the voter rolls after the election... whew!
