N.H. AG snubs vote fraud re-count request, call the bastard up
The Attorney General of N.H. yesterday dismissed Ralph Nader's application for a recount saying it was not accompanied by the fee.

-Here is the N.H.law:

http://www.sos.nh.gov/rsa660.htm

While it mentions the fee, it does not state that the fee must accompany the request, it simply states that the fee should be paid according to 660-2 the schedule(how much for each kind).

call, fax or email the AG of N.H. and demand that they act on Nader's request for a re-count.

Phone: 603-271-3242
Fax: 603-271-6316
E-Mail: Elections@sos.state.nh.us

and call Nader's press guy, we need lawyers on this quickly.

2. we did win NH
but I can tell you as a resident the margin we won by was suspicious. Despite the fact that major cable channels insisted on calling us a swing state we were leaning Heavily towards Kerry by as much as 11% points throughout the week prior to the election.... Most of the people here who volunteered and were tracking the state were floored by the final result and how Kerry barely won... It Made no sense to those of us in the state who were paying attention...

4. Similar in Iowa
How we went red in unknowable ... we were up by 4% going in from internals. Our get out the vote on election day ran smoothly. The results in Polk County are amazingly suspicious.

3. When did this happen ?
I know they were rushing around last night , trying to get faxes demanding a recount . Do you know if Nader is just letting it go , or is he going to sue , which he does quite well ? There is no way this should be dropped . Is the AG of NH a Repug , by any chance ?

I'm in the UK , and will ring Nader's press guy , if you think it will help . The only problem is , I am a Brit , complete with accent , so I don't know whether they will take any notice of me . What do you think ?

I've just sent an email though to the AG , saying in effect that his decision is wrong , will be proven to be wrong by the courts , and that his actions are not in the best interests of the people in the state he represents .

Everyone , EVERYONE , must fight now . It's no good saying that we will win next time , WE WON THIS TIME , the facts are there we just have to prove it through recounts .

9. Perhaps more impact if the press is cc'd with the email?
What local or foreign media would you suggest sending a copy to?
