2. And we turned the state blue!
It makes the last four months of work worthwhile to me, even if we lost the general election to Rove. All of our stumping, our sign-waving, and our dedication paid off in the only way it could.

And it is not over. We sent three Republicans back to the Senate, and it is going to be a battle for the balance of power in this country from now on. The Republicans control everything now, all three branches of government, and we will need to shout it from the rooftops when they step out of line.

~A!

3. Yes, we did turn it blue!!
Of a little over 4,000 in our town, only 35 voted for Bush. To me, that was an amazing figure to see. :)

4. there's a recount in House Dist. 4
Edited on Thu Nov-04-04 11:53 PM by maxanne
Democrat Tom Buco beat Republican nut job Frank McCarthy by 17 votes for the NH House. Stay tuned for the recount - and send good vibes to Tom. He was the hardest working house candidate in the district.

6. We did have some wonderful results in this election although not
everything we hoped. So, what is everyone gonna do in anticipation of 2006 and more importantly 2008? Lots of Mass. Dems move here every year, as hubby and I did, how can we mobilize them? Ideas?
