Jon Porter, potentially vulnerable?
With only 55% of the vote and coming from the Southern part of Nevada and being a relative newcomer, could we be able to win this seat.

1. Newcomer? Porter? Porter's been in Nevada politics a long long
time. That was one of his attacks on Gallagher: that Gallagher was a "newcomer". Note the Gallagher only got 40% of the vote:

I'd say that now that Porter's in his 2nd term, he'll have all the benefits of incumbency.

It'd be more profitable to focus on the Governor's race, and believe it or not, District Two. When (not if) Gibbons gives up that seat to run for Governor, a really really hard working Democrat could have a shot.
