See Unprecedented at the Art Museum in Reno

Anyone that can make it should come out and support progressive film in Reno. There are so many great documentaries out there that Reno deserves to see, and it would be alot easier to get them if this event is successful. The screening is Thursday September 30th at 7:00. Tickets are available at the door at 6:30. $4 for museum members and $6 for general admission.

1. Cinema Reno has said that they have gotten complaints

Complaints and threats from Republicans have been hitting both Cinema Reno and the Nevada Museum of Art. I'm waiting to hear from someone at the Museum exactly how they have been threatened. Combine that with the unfortunate scheduuling of the debates and it looks like this could wind up being a major bust for Cinema Reno and the NMA, which will likely leave both of them not wanting to touch anything progressive again. If anyone knows of any undecided voters or low income folks who might need help with the ticket prices, please e-mail me and I will make sure they are able to get in. If anyone is worried about missing the debates, not only will they be replayed that night, but if you let me know in advance I can make sure you get a recording of the debates.
