Nelson will vote for Sotomayor

Sen. Ben Nelson said Monday he'll vote to confirm Sonia Sotomayor's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.

"I plan to support her," the Democratic senator said during a telephone interview from Washington.

Nelson said last week he was undecided on whether he'd support President Barack Obama's first nominee to the high court.

The Senate is expected to vote Wednesday.

I'm not surprised at this, but I am pleased. Have to give props where props are due. It took him long enough, but I'm glad he's decided to support her.

never met a judge he didn't like. Pretty boring stuff, really. And predictable.

predictable, is making me absolutely sick. I've never lived in a state with a Dem Senator like this one!
