Matt Connealy's website down?
http://www.connealy04.com/

Matt Connealy's campaign website has been down since the 10th. Anyone know what's going on?

I consider this one of the most important races in the country. His Repuke opponent is a religious right guy, supported by the Club For Growth, straight from the right wing loonybin.

For now another way to donate to his campaign is at Act Blue: http://actblue.com/candidates/housecomp

1. That is weird. I received a couple of emails from
him last week as well as his news letter.
You are right that this is a very important race.
Matt Connealy is not as liberal as I would like, of course it's Nebraska, but he is a very nice man who really seems to care about all people and he understands Nebraska.

3. Thanks! I just emailed politics1.com
...so they can update their website with the correct link.

I also emailed ActBlue.com with the updated website too.

5. I'd like to believe Mr. Connealy has a chance
There are simply too many people who vote soley on abortion or some other "family values" issue. Connealy has consistently come out as Pro Life but it won't make any difference. I really really want him to win. Having Nelson and Connealy would be a real shot in the arm for the democratic party in Nebraska. I know he would do alot of good for Nebraska but short of something as crazy as the Kerry landslide that some people around here have been touting it won't happen.

6. I went canvassing for Matt in 3 precincts this week.
His support is very strong among Dems. And I know for a fact that there are a sizable number of repugs in Lincoln who don't trust his opponent. Its VERY possible he'll pull this off.

As for you thoughts on the Kerry landslide, I am one of those nutjobs that thinks it is going to happen, not popular vote but in the electoral college. I firmly believe that its not even going to be close.
