I was looking for some info on Brian Schweitzer and I ran across this. Not much of a site, but it's interesting how many people like this guy. Surprises me. I have a friend who spews right-wing drivel who loves Governor Schweitzer. Go figure. I think I may be moving back to MT for grad school .

4. This Oregonian would love to see Schweitzer for Prez!!

I heard him interviewed the other day on AAR, and I almost fell out of my seat, this is the guy!!

Issue by issue Schweitzer took a traditional Dem/Liberal stance with ease & grace, putting everything in very simple terms in a matter of fact way. In a red state he has shown that he can win by just telling the truth, and even *if* a person were to disagree with him on one or two issues, his charactor comes through.

He puts many of our issues in the context of personal rights that is important to many republican voters. This is exactly what I believe that will win Dems the Congress & the WH---stop trying to emulate the repugs and tell them clearly why Democratic stances on the issues are better for the country and better for the voters.

Don't keep this guy such a secret!!!! Spread the word!!!
