Vote No on Matt Blunt Appointee Zel Fischer tomorrow


Missouri Supreme Court Judge Zel Fischer is up for a vote tomorrow. He was appointed by Matt Blunt in 2008. He was an elected Republican circuit judge in Atchison County prior to that. The Missouri Family Network considers him "the most conservative member of the State Supreme Court." An article from Missouri Lawyers Media seems to confirm.

That does it for me. Vote "no" to retain.

I have been looking all over the web for information about the MO judges. I now see I should have started here.

Thank you so much for clarifying this for me. The official government pages recommend we retain everybody: apparently MO does not have any bad judges at all! Since I did not believe that, I kept looking for "more better" information.

Hooray for the democratic underground!
