3. Hopefully he'll appear at Arrowhead.
It's really the only place in town with the capacity to handle the crowd that would show up.

Moreover, he could stick around on Sunday and fill in at QB when Brodie Croyle gets injured again.

5. If not Arrowhead, I'm thinking Union Station or 18th & Vine.

Lots of dedicated voters couldn't get to Arrowhead, but both Union Station and 18th & Vine are centrally located and easily accessible.

Maybe Municipal Auditorium?

7. Hmm, looks like maybe St. Louis in the afternoon, KC in the evening
So far, I have found that KSDK.com lists the times in St. Louis as 12:00pm - 3:00pm. That's the most detail I have found so far for St. Louis, along with the below story:

Barack Obama will address rally at the St. Louis Arch this weekend
The Associated Press
ST. LOUIS -- Democrat Barack Obama will campaign in Missouri this weekend.

Missouri campaign spokesman Justin Hamilton confirmed Wednesday that the presidential candidate will make two stops in the swing state.

He said Obama will address a public rally at the St. Louis Arch grounds sometime early Saturday afternoon, then appear in Kansas City that evening. Details were still up in the air.
