Yeah, my mom already voted NO and NO by absentee.

Seems like Jackson countians will vote for most any tax. They got fooled into thinking that they'd get infrastructure work done with the KEEP KANSAS CITY UH-LIIIIVE campaign, gave tons of dough to the firemen during the post 9/11 "firemen=gods" period. The only county to vote for bistate II, I believe.

And the city's reserve is down from eight to two percent. (under Chuck Eddy as chairman of the finance committee) In debt up to here (neckline indicated).

Looks like our sales tax will be up to 9% before they are finished. I'll be shopping for gum online.
