Blunt Jasper/Newton counties "Democrat-free zone[s]"
Blunt described Jasper and Newton counties as a "Democrat-free zone" and spent a good share of his time praising the accomplishments in Jefferson City where his son, Matt Blunt, presides as governor, and the local legislative delegation is part of the Republican majority.

1. Let him think it.
The republican elite have isolated themselves so well that they have no idea how angry people are getting at their policies and them.

3. A local response to that article. A "democratic free zone?" Priceless
"Democratic free zone??? What exactly does that mean? Mr Talent and Mr Blunt visited your counties recently and declared this part of Missouri as a democratic free zone. They both supported the illegal wire taps of George Bush by saying if al Qaida is calling someone in the United States, then the president should have the right to monitor those calls. Who in our country would disagree with that statement? The problem is, Mr Bush has that right, but within legal guidelines that he chose to ignore. Doesn't anyone wonder why he would ignore his legal right? Could it be that he was taping for reasons other than our national security. Perhaps listening in on citizens of our nation that might disagree with his facist way of leading our country. Does anyone remember the Nixon enemy list, the very reason the law was established?...."

:applause: A big hand for Kenny.

"A democratic free zone" Absolutely priceless.
