8. Entenza let them off the hook
Matt Pretenza is such a spineless "leader," he said after the gay marriage amendment vote "there was no caucus position." In other words, Pretenza cut them loose to vote for it without any consequences. So you can thankthe House Minority "Leader" for this vote as well--regardless of how he voted himself.

Had these traiterous DFLers voted against the amendment, it would have failed and that would be the end of it. They all deserve to be run out of the party. But with "leaders" like Pretenza, that's not going to happen anytime soon, and you can forget about counting on the House DFL when it comes to fundamental human rights issues like this.
