Are the St. Paul cops outta control???

Seems there have been quite a few stories of St. Paul cops roughing up and even shooting people lately, but this story is just nuts!!!

Channel 5 news has footage of multiple cops shooting 'wild west' style at these 9 cows that got loose in an industrial area at 4AM!!! The police claim it's a 'public safety' issue, but the entire incident was over before ANYONE was awake! These cops are blazing away with Glocks and shotguns when they were a few 100 yards from the gate to the livestock company. They could have simply blocked the street and herded the cows back inside... But...

1. Idiots. The poor cows were probably trying to escape. That

slaughter house is a nightmare from what I understand. The cows were probably spared a much more horrendous fate.

Cops in general can be "outta control" IMHO.
