60 people left homeless after low-income housing fire in Duluth
http://www.duluthnewstribune.com/event/article/id/184091/

The Kozy Bar has had a difficult history of late. It's a bar downstairs with cheap apartments upstairs. It had its share of people with that tragic mix of addictions and mental health problems and just trying to get along. This is a serious blow to them; they are now homeless.

1. That was such a beautiful building. Had no idea that it had become even more
desolate and run down in that area of Duluth. It was pretty bad six, seven years ago when we were there in Duluth on business.
What will they do?

2. Red Cross is helping for the next couple days. After that, they're on their own. There are several
places to donate if you're interested in helping. Check out perfectduluthday.com for a compilation of options (you have to page down on the home page).
