I have been following this in the Media Matters RSS feeds. This is not the first time Chris Baker has been called out on such nonsense.
I've heard him before, a while ago, he seemed like a typical right-wing radio fuckwit so I lumped him in with the rest of them and blew it off.

These people are all the same: They are going to push and push the limits until a stronger authority makes them stop.
