2. Except for one problem..
City Council. Probably the dumbest gathering of elected officials in the free world. They're the ones who let a demo company come in and tear it down for free--making millions in the process. They also let that company come in and make millions selling off the seats--while the city made something like $500,000. And they're also the ones blocking the Cobo deal because they'd rather pour $115 million that they don't have into it, rather than give up some control tot the outlying suburbs and the state!
