Join Anti-Wal-Mart protests in Massachusetts

Subject: Protest Wal-Mart's Refusal to Stock EC!

PROTEST WAL-MART'S REFUSAL TO STOCK EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION!

Join us as we take action against Wal-Mart's continued refusal
to stock Emergency Contraception, and their policy allowing
pharmacists to refuse to fill other valid birth control
prescriptions.

Passing the EC Bill was one step toward ensuring increased
access to Emergency Contraception, but we can't stop there! We
must continue to call attention to the fact that Wal-Mart's
policies hurt women's health, and urge them to stock EC and fill
prescriptions for all birth control, in-store, without delay or
discrimination.

Emergency contraception is the first and only prescription drug
that Wal-Mart has banned from its shelves, denying thousands of
female customers, including rape victims and women who have
experienced contraceptive failure, a last chance to prevent an
unintended pregnancy.

We will hold three regional Wal-Mart protests on Saturday
November 19, 2005 at 12:00 pm. Please join us as we stand in
protest against Wal-Mart's corporate policies. This is your
chance to take a stand against the retail giant's disregard for
women's health!

WHAT: Protest Wal-Mart's refusal to carry Emergency
Contraception!

1. another one in WMass
There's a protest in front of the Hadley Wal-Mart from noon to 2 on this Saturday, the 19th. Wal-Mart is hoping to build a Supercenter less than half a mile from the current store.
